  1. Oct 30, 2022 · Mike Flanagan has made such shows as: The Haunting of Hill House/Bly Manor, Midnight Mass, Midnight Club. Ryan Murphy has made shows like: American Horror Story/Stories, Dahmer and The Watcher. I prefer Flanagan's. Flanagan's story telling is second to none, in my opinion regardless of genre. 3. Jun 4, 2020 · Common denominator in Ryan Murphy shows :: LGBTQ themes. So I have followed enough Ryan Murphy shows (not all though) to realize there are some common patterns in each of his shows. 4. Oct 25, 2022 · It’s refreshing to see I am not alone in my thoughts on Murphy. I just think so much of his ideas are just fever Dream ideas with no real end goal. 7. Jul 22, 2022 · Ryan Murphy is a terrible writer, director, producer, show runner. He is a sloppy, lazy hack with a nauseating sense of style. Every story unravels into a bunch of unresolved plot lines that go nowhere and the endings are always a let down.

  8. Oct 24, 2023 · Answer: Ryan Murphy is a producer and a director. He's been a producer on Glee, Nip/Tuck, and American Horror Story, and he's directed movies like Eat, Pray, Love and Running With Scissors. He's had some controversies over the years, but his latest thing is that he was allegedly not going to shut down production on the new season of AHS during ...

  9. Jul 6, 2023 · Multiple sources tell THR that only four scripted TV series remain in production on the East Coast — with three of them produced by Murphy: American Horror Story, American Sports Story and the episodic anthology American Horror Stories (the fourth is Lionsgate/Starz’s Power Book 2: Ghost).

  10. Sep 24, 2022 · Ryan Murphy / Dahmer / Gacy “theory”? DAHMER SERIES SPOILER. So toward the end of the Dahmer series, there’s a brief scene of John Wayne Gacy to depict Dahmers negative feelings toward Gacys’ lack of accountability (disclaimer: I have not finished the series yet) I know this is a part of Dahmers story and I understand why Murphy would ...
