Public transport on Tobago is limited to a somewhat erratic and uncomfortable bus service. There is no railway or underground/subway networks on Tobago. Don't laugh! A reader did once request that I send him a map of the subway system. Buses run between Scarborough bus station and Crown Point, Buccoo, Plymouth and Roxborough.

Located in Lowlands, on Tobago's Atlantic coast, 18A Tobago Plantations is a privately-owned ground floor two-bedroom condominium. It is one of around two dozen... similar condos built around shared swimming pools and surrounded by the golf course. The area is gated with 24-hour security.
The Tobago Plantations area where the villa is situated was perfect. We walked to and from the golf club house 3 days in a row for a game of golf where we were able to rent clubs. I would not recommending walking with clubs (about a 10 to 15 min. walk in the heat).
