Feb 8, 2018 · The scenario is single sign on enabled for the tenant. User use one account to log in computer (in the same tenant domain) and Office 365. IE and Office apps will automatically sign in their work/school accounts. If you are not in this scenario, based on my understanding, the behavior is more related to IE and operating system.

May 28, 2021 · I encountered this issue, after applying Windows update 21H2 OS build 19044.3803. What worked for me was applying the FSLogix hotfix and adding the RoamingIdentity registry key. Resolution. Install FSLogix 2210 hotfix 1 (2.9.8440.42104). Configure the new RoamIdentity setting by setting the registry value to 1.

Upon logging in we get the following message "More info required, your organization needs more information to keep your account secure" See attached. If I click next we are then required to set up the authentication app.
