Even Tesla offers upgraded pads, if you look in your app there is a track upgrade specifically for Model 3 Performance, in it is a set of high performance brake pads. So even Tesla knows it can use better brakes. It has Brembo calipers with not so great stock pads.
May 16, 2024 · Divide current miles by current percentage of charge. This gives an estimate of total EPA range currently. Compare that to the cars original EPA range when new. You want it to be 20% or less. Ideally closer to 10% or less difference. make sure you punch it a few times get a sense for the responsiveness.
Range and charging ease is better on the model 3. Comfort and build quality is better in the Audi. There is significant road noise in the model 3 which you don’t get in the Audi. Sound system is better in the Tesla along with using the cars app. Reply reply.
This 100% 👍 (Model 3 Performance) Went from Michelin Pilot Sport 4S to Falken Azenis and would never go back. They're quieter, ride smoother, and noticeably better in wet conditions with no noilticeable difference in dry and identical performance on the Dragy.
Mar 3, 2024 · I understand the basic Model 3 RWD has a LFP and the Model 3 LR has a NMC battery. Seems like LFP lasts longer than NMC and can be charged higher, and lasts longer. Jun 30, 2024 · Paint. The only color Model 3P that qualifies for the $7,500 tax incentive is the Stealth Gray, though with Tesla this could change any time. The Model 3P is $54,990 without any options added, and black or white seats are included which isn't great for those who would normally save $1,000 by choosing a black interior.

Whether or not that’s realistic I don’t know, but there are plenty of examples at this point of people putting over 100k miles and them and they seem to be doing great. Reply reply.
Tesla isn’t so far off the norm for build quality. I’ve had a BMW 530i and X5 - both recent and both new - and the Tesla Model Y performance we have is bolted together as well. On top of that the X5 has had dealer service issues that make my wife very upset. Tesla service has been exemplary in our experience.
