Felix Chong Man-keung (traditional Chinese: 莊文強; simplified Chinese: 庄文强; pinyin: Zhuāng Wénqiáng) (born December 27, 1968) is a Hong Kong screenwriter, film director and actor. He is one of the most celebrated screenwriters in Hong Kong and has won several prestigious awards at the Hong Kong Film Awards.

Felix Chong was born on 1 January 1968 in Hong Kong, British Crown Colony. He is a writer and director, known for Infernal Affairs (2002), Project Gutenberg (2018) and Overheard (2009).

The Goldfinger is a 2023 Hong Kong crime drama film written and directed by Felix Chong, and starring Tony Leung and Andy Lau. Set in the 1980s, the film is based on the story of Carrian Group , a Hong Kong corporation which rose rapidly before collapsing shortly afterwards due to a corruption scandal.
