The movie is weak due to its story, characters, camera work, decoration, choice of clothing and most importantly it seem to be shot in a day cause the sunlight for hours is not realistic. Most reviews blaming the characters, but this is not Bruce Willis or any other cast members issue. 11 out of 15 found this helpful.

Edward Drake's American Siege placed Bruce Willis right on the shifting sands of small-town politics and corruption while keeping us guessing about who's good and who's bad.
There is a version of American Siege that could rival the great hostage films but its forced focus on Bruce Willis in the waning moments of the film largely makes it forgettable and one to skip.
