From 1 Jan 2023 onwards, all Tourist Guides will have to login with their Singpass,the TRUST Portal ID will no longer be available. From 11 April 2021 onwards, all business users (with UEN-registered entities) including Travel Agents and Training Providers will have to login with their Singpass instead of Corppass.

An application fee of S$200 is to be paid to STB when submitting the online application. A licence fee of S$400 is to be paid to STB upon approval of the online application.
