Horn finished his high school career at Westlake High School in Austin, Texas, after spending his previous two seasons at Covington Catholic. Westlake was a state semifinalist in 2022 and went 38-2 his senior season. Horn averaged 9.3 points, 5.2 assists and 2.4 rebounds as a senior.
