Ella Elisabet Lemhagen (born 29 August 1965) is a Swedish film director and screenwriter. In 2013 she received the honorary award, Gullspira, for her outstanding work in youth culture, in the Guldbagge Award, awarded by the Swedish Film Institute.

Ella Elisabet Lemhagen, född 29 augusti 1965 i Uppsala, [1] är en svensk filmregissör och manusförfattare. Lemhagen gick Dramatiska Institutets regilinje 1988–1991 och långfilmsdebuterade 1996 med Drömprinsen – filmen om Em. [2] Hon fick ett större genombrott med Tsatsiki, morsan och polisen 1999.
Director, scriptwriter. Born 1965. Studied at the University College of Film, Radio, Television and Theatre, 1988-1991. Ella Lemhagen was inspired by punk and film as a collective co-creation, which led to her feature-length film debut Drömprinsen – filmen om Em in 1996.
