Matthew Kennedy (born 6 April 1997) is a professional Australian rules footballer playing for the Carlton Football Club in the Australian Football League (AFL). He previously played for the Greater Western Sydney Giants from 2016 to 2017.
Originally from Collingullie, Kennedy played 19 games for Greater Western Sydney before being traded to Carlton in the 2017 off-season. Extending his contract with the Blues until the end of 2025, Matt Kennedy has proved himself as a valuable asset on and off the field.
