Helmy Rafla (May 15, 1909 – April 22, 1978; Arabic: حلمي رفلة) was an Egyptian film director, screenwriter, film producer, and make-up artist. He is considered one the most prominent Egyptian filmmakers.
Helmy Rafla was born on 15 May 1909 in Giza, Egypt. He was a director and producer, known for The Beloved Diva (1967), Ashek el ruh (1955) and Mawid maa-el-habib (1971). He died on 22 April 1978 in Paris, France.

مخرج وكاتب السيناريو ومنتج مصري. عمل مساعد مخرج لعدد من المخرجين منذ عام 1942. جمع بين التأليف والإنتاج والإخراج. أرسلته وزارة المعارف في بعثة إلى باريس ولندن عام 1936 لدراسة فن المكياج، وعندما عاد عين ماكييراً في الفرقة القومية المسرحيةـ تم اتجه إلى السينما كماكيير أيضاً. قام بإخراج عدد من الأفلام في لبنان منها (الرجل المناسب، بنت الشيخ).
