She annoyed the hell out of me and was so relieved when she died. I wish they’d gotten an actress who’s a few years older, mysterious and really exudes “seductress”. The actress who played Skade didn’t look like a seductress, but more like an emo, whiny skater girl at a local park.
Skade claims that Skirnir, her hated husband and Frisian pirate, has a horde, so Uhtred sails to Frisia. On the voyage, he and Skade become lovers. After he defeats and kills Skirnir, he is disappointed when Skirnir's treasure hoard fails to match Skade's description. When Skade demands half of the hoard as her share, Uhtred denies it to her.
