Through the 1970s Crone Film was behind some of the period's notable Danish films, including "Havoc" (Ole Roos, 1977), the adaptation of the iconic Danish author Tom Kristensen's novel by the same name.

In folklore, a crone is an old woman who may be characterized as disagreeable, malicious, or sinister in manner, often with magical or supernatural associations that can make her either helpful or obstructive. The Crone is also an archetypal figure or a Wise Woman.

Synopsis: One day, friends are invited to participate in a television show on the paranormal where they will visit an abandoned nursing home in the mountains to see which one of them is the bravest and document their experiences. However, as soon as the girls arrive, they begin to have strange paranormal experiences.
