Joseph Henry "Bad Joe" Hall (May 3, 1881 – April 5, 1919) was a Canadian professional ice hockey player. Known for his aggressive playing style, Hall played senior and professional hockey from 1902 to 1919, when he died as a result of the Spanish flu pandemic.

Jan 15, 2022 · Joe B. Hall, who succeeded legendary coach Adolph Rupp at Kentucky and led the Wildcats to a NCAA men's basketball championship, has died at the age of 93. Hall is one of only three men to both play on and coach an NCAA championship team (1949, '78) and the only one to do so for the same school.
