May 7, 2009 · In 1985, Army went 9-3 and capped their season with a thrilling 31-29 victory over Illinois in the Peach Bowl. At the helm of that team's offense was senior signalcaller Rob Healy, the MVP of the Peach Bowl win.
Rob Healy graduated from Baylor in 1969. While at Baylor, he excelled in football, wrestling, and track. He was named to the All-Mid-South football team in 1967 and 1968. He received All-City honors in football and was named "Most Valuable Player" in his junior and senior year.
