Biography. Chih-Yang Lin received the Master degree in computer science and engineering from Yuan-Ze University, Taiwan, R.O.C., in 1996. From 1988 to 1993, he was a Deputy Manager at R&D Department of Chilong Co. Ltd. and from 1993 to 1996, a Senior Engineer at Motorola Electronics Ltd Taiwan.
