I am a sociologist and political economist, working on diverse topics, including neoliberalism, happiness science, environmental politics and anti-expert politics. What links this work is an interest in the interface of knowledge and power, drawing on the work of Michel Foucault, Luc Boltanski and Max Weber.
William Davies is from the United Kingdom and graduated from the University of Wales Swansea with a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Economics and Politics. His passion for politics and current affairs led him to continue his studies at the University of Essex, where he obtained a Masters in Politics.
