Mike Plante (BFA, 1994) is a Senior Programmer for Short Film at the Sundance Film Festival, where he has worked since 2001. He started working for The Arizona International Film Festival in 1993 and continued to be a programmer and projectionist at The Screening Room for a decade.

He directed the feature documentary Be Like An Ant (2011) and many short films including The Masque (2012) and The Polaroid Job (2016).
