Anne Holt (født 1958) er en norsk forfatter, advokat og tidligere politiker for Arbeiderpartiet (Ap). Holt var justisminister i Thorbjørn Jaglands regjering fra 25. oktober 1996 til 4. februar 1997, da hun gikk av etter lange sykefravær.
