Katie Kerr is a Canadian actress who portrayed Diana Barry, Anne Shirley, Muriel Stacy and Mrs. Gillis in Anne of Green Gables: The Musical.
Katie Kerr was born in 1988 in Windsor, Ontario, where she was also raised. She was a top-10 finalist in CBC-TV’s How Do You Solve a Problem Like Maria?, a nationwide search for the lead of a production of The Sound of Music in 2008.
Kerr portrayed Diana Barry in the 2010 season of Anne of Green Gables: The Musical and repeated the role in 2012. She was later cast as Anne Shirley and played the part for two seasons (2013–2014). In 2015, she portrayed Miss Stacy and Mrs. Gillis. The following year, Kerr returned to play her first Anne character, Diana Barry.
