William R. Kowalchuk Jr. is the founder of his Hollywood-based production company Tundra Productions, Inc., with the animation produced in Hong Kong by Colorland Animation Productions. His company has collapsed after At Jesus Side (2007) completed production phase whilist Oh, Max! went unsold.
