    "Eat" (stylized as "EAT") is a song by Poppy from her fourth extended play Eat (NXT Soundtrack). It is the first track on the EP. The audio currently has over 1 million views on YouTube.

    On March 13th, 2021, Poppy revealed on social media that she would be performing a "new song" at the 63rd Annual Grammy Awards. The following day, Poppy performed the song at the premiere ceremony. On June 8th, 2021, Poppy released the studio version of "Eat" as part of her EP of the same name.
