Sawyer is brought to a room where she meets other patients like Nate Hoffman (Jay Pharoah) and Violet (Juno Temple), the latter who pesters Sawyer and threatens to cut her hair off while she sleeps with a shiv she made. Sawyer attempts to leave the room and is approached by a patient named Jacob (Raul Castillo).
