    Robert "Rob" LaDuca is an American producer, director, writer, screenwriter, and storyboard artist. He is a producer/director of The Lion King's Timon & Pumbaa and the co-director of The Lion King II: Simba's Pride.

    LaDuca worked for the innovative Ralph Bakshi and later animated special effects on Poltergeist, Return of the Jedi, and Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan at LucasFilms' Industrial Light and Magic. He later supervised animated projects for Disney and other animation studios when he was taken overseas to Japan, Korea, and England for his career.

    LaDuca was a veteran for Walt Disney Television Animation for 20 years, with his credits being on such films and shows as Aladdin, Boo! to You Too, Winnie the Pooh and Jake and the Never Land Pirates. His storyboarding credits include Adventures of the Gummi Bears, The New Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, DuckTales, Chip 'N Dale Rescue Rangers, and TaleSpin.
