Actress and director. Her award-winning short En Août (2014) had its world premiere at the Directors' Fortnight in Cannes and was also screened at IFFR Rotterdam and BFI London. His second short, SOLTAR (2016), and his medium-length documentary, THE PROTAGONIST (2020), were shown at FIFF Namur, Curtas Vila do Conde and DocLisboa, among others.

The Centre d’Art Contemporain Genève is pleased to welcome filmmaker Jenna Hasse for the Swiss premiere of her film Il Protagonista at the Cinema Dynamo on Tuesday, August 31 at 6:30pm.
Jenna studied Cinema at the University in Lausanne and then Drama at the INSAS in Brussels where she obtained her Master degree. She works as actress and filmmaker and explores in her films the duality of her status and stages the intimate through the lives of her protagonists.
