Ryan O'Kane is a New Zealand actor. His roles include Rhys Levitt in the Australian police drama City Homicide, Prince Frederik in the telemovie Mary: The Making of a Princess, and Riley Hawkins in Home and Away. In 2018 and 2019, O'Kane portrayed Dylan Reinhart and his twin brother Daniel Reinhart in Shortland Street.
Ryan's first television role came half way through his second year at drama school, playing a reformed criminal called 'Brad' in the critically acclaimed 'Insider's Guide to Love'. He won 'best actor' at the Qantas media awards later that year for the same role.

Ryan completed a Bachelor of Arts at New Zealand's Otago University in 2000, majoring in Theater. He then went on to study Performance Art at New Zealand Drama School.

Ryan began studying at Toi Whakaari, during his second year at Toi, O’Kane was cast in his first screen role as one of the lead characters, Brad, in The Insider’s Guide to Love, for which he won “Best Actor in a Drama Series” at the Qantas media awards.
