木下 ほうか （きのした ほうか、 1964年 （ 昭和 39年） 1月24日 - ）は、 日本 の 俳優 、元 タレント 、元 映画監督 。 本名は木下 鳳華（読み同じ） [1] 。 かつては 吉本新喜劇 座員を経て、 マツ・カンパニー や キャストパワー 、 カクタス に在籍していた。 独身。 来歴. 大阪府 大東市 出身。 大阪芸術大学 芸術学部 舞台芸術学科卒業。 父は 一級建築士 。 高校時代は剃り込みを入れたいわゆる ヤンキー ファッションであったが、不良であったというよりは当時の流行のファッションに倣っていただけだという。 1980年 （昭和55年）、16歳のときに 井筒和幸 監督の映画『 ガキ帝国 』のオーディションの新聞広告を見て応募し、合格。 同作品で俳優デビューする。
