George Ian Cullen (20 October 1939 – 12 November 2019) was a British actor. Cullen first became interested in acting when appearing in a pantomime aged four (late 1943). He trained at RADA with a scholarship when he was 16.

Ian Cullen (20 October 1939-12 November 2019) played Ixta in the Doctor Who television story The Aztecs. In 2012, he expressed a desire to return to the programme. He later played Nadeyan in the Big Finish Doctor Who audio anthology Dark Eyes.
