Kees Hulst (Amsterdam, 5 juni 1952) is een Nederlands acteur en toneelregisseur. Hij studeerde in 1976 af aan de Amsterdamse Toneelschool. Hij speelt op de bühne, in speelfilms en in televisieseries. In 2008 ontving Hulst de Johan Kaartprijs voor zijn rol in het stuk Wuivend graan van Wim T. Schippers.
