Bryan Lewis Saunders (born 1969 in Washington, D.C.) is an endurance artist, a performance artist, videographer, performance poet, and self-portrait painter known for his disturbing spoken word rants, tragic art performances and stand-up tragedy.
Saunders Lewis (born John Saunders Lewis; 15 October 1893 – 1 September 1985) was a Welsh politician, poet, dramatist, Medievalist, and literary critic. Born into a Welsh-speaking ministerial family in Greater Liverpool, Lewis studied in a public school growing up.

Bryan Lewis Saunders - Self-Portraits. DAILY-SELF-PORTRAITS. Over the last 26 years I've created at least one self-portrait every day and will continue to do so for the rest of my life. I started this project on March 30th, 1995 and at present I've made over 12,500 of them.
