    Tom Klunis (29 April 1930 – 23 October 2023; age 93) played Lamonay S. (the identity assumed by Ibudan) in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine first season episode "A Man Alone".

    Klunis was born and raised in San Fransisco, California, where he attended Balboa High School and later, San Francisco State College, where he was a member of the San Francisco Actor's Workshop. Afterwards, he appeared in The Lineup, and by late 1957, he had moved to New York City where he was cast in various stage productions.

    Klunis has also guest-starred in Cheers (with Kelsey Grammer, Bebe Neuwirth, and Paul Willson) and Wings (Steven Weber, another Deep Space Nine guest star, was a main cast member in the latter) and had supporting roles in The Next Man and Taps.
