Elizabeth Ann Wedgeworth (January 21, 1934 – November 16, 2017) was an American character actress, known for her roles as Lana Shields in Three's Company, Hilda Hensley in Sweet Dreams, and Merleen Elldridge in Evening Shade.
Ann Wedgeworth was a Texas-born actress who appeared in films such as Sweet Dreams and Steel Magnolias. She also starred in the TV series Evening Shade and Three's Company, and won an Emmy for her role in Miss Firecracker.
