Clyde Randy Boone (born January 17, 1942) [1] is an American actor and singer best known for his role in the series The Virginian as Randy Benton, a young ranch hand who played guitar and sang.
Randy Boone is a former TV star who played Randy Benton in The Virginian (1962) and Francis Wilde in Cimarron Strip (1967). He is also a singer, a guitar collector and a nephew of actor Richard Boone.
