Biography. Basil Wallace came to the United States as a child from his native Jamaica and decided to pursue acting at a young age. Wallace was a veteran of the stage when he went to Hollywood in the 1990s. His first role was co-starring in the Steven Seagal vehicle "Marked for Death."
