Valentine Ruth Henshall (born 7 March 1967), known professionally as Ruthie Henshall, is an English actress, singer and dancer, known for her work in musical theatre. She began her professional stage career in 1986, before making her West End debut in Cats in 1987.
Ruthie’s West End debut was in Cats, where she played a variety of roles including Jemima, Demeter, Jellylorum, Griddlebone and the leading role of Grizabella. Following Cats, Ruthie joined the world premiere cast of Miss Saigon, taking over the role of Ellen.
