Desmond Kevin Howard (born May 15, 1970) is an American former football wide receiver and return specialist who played in the National Football League (NFL) for 11 seasons.
DESMOND HOWARD PRO CAREER. Desmond was selected in the 1st round (4th pick) of the 1992 NFL Draft by the Washington Redskins where he played from 1992–1994. He later played for the Jacksonville Jaguars (1995), Green Bay Packers (1996, 1999), Oakland Raiders (1997–1998) and Detroit Lions (1999–2002).
