Szapsel Rotholc (July 2, 1913, Warsaw, Poland – 29 February 1996, Montreal, Quebec, Canada) was a Polish boxer. Born into a Jewish family in Warsaw, he was a member of the Gwiazda Warszawa Boxing Club in 1929–1939.

May 2, 2011 · In 1934, Szapsel (Shabtai ) Rotholc was a member of the Polish boxing team that traveled to Budapest ahead of the European Amateur Championships. One year earlier, as Adolf Hitler was rising to power in Germany, Rotholc became the first Jewish boxer to win the Polish championships.
Nov 29, 2015 · Boxing champ Shepsel Rotholc tried to clear his name of charges of abusing Jews while serving in Warsaw Ghetto Jewish police. The tribunal didn't buy it.
