Bogdan Corporation (Ukrainian: Корпорація «Богдан») is a leading Ukrainian automobile trading and manufacturing group founded by Bogdan Motors. The corporation was famous for its Bogdan public transport brand that used to produce its models in Cherkasy and Lutsk.
Manufacturing of modern vehicles is the leading area of operation of our corporation’s production facilities. Today, we build small, midsize, large and oversized buses of various – tourist, intercity, suburban, city, specialized and school – modifications under the Bogdan brand.
Bogdan Corporation was established in February 2005 through merger of several automotive companies, and soon, it was joined by partner companies. The consolidation allowed to implement large-scale investment projects and create modern mechanical engineering centers in our country.
Bogdan Corporation established via a voluntary merger of 20 legal entities.
