Ford Otosan is a joint venture of Ford Motor Company and Koç Holding, producing Ford and Ford Trucks vehicles and engines. It is the largest commercial vehicle production center in Ford Europe and a leading exporter with 14 billion dollars revenue in 2023.

Ford Otosan Plant is a 41% Ford, 41% Koc Holding, 18% public joint venture that produces Ford Transit and Ford Transit Connect vehicles in Kocaeli, Turkey. It is one of the 100 global plants of Ford Motor Company, which operates in 36 countries and employs 180,000 people.
