Plato Freiherr von Ustinov (born Platon Grigoryevich Ustinov; Russian: Платон Григорьевич Устинов; 1840–1918) was a Russian-born German citizen and the owner of the Hôtel du Parc (Park Hotel) in Jaffa, Ottoman Empire (now Israel).

He showed work in the B.C. Artists Christmas exhibition at the Vancouver Art Gallery in 1933. He exhibited his work as a guest in a 1936 exhibition of the PASOVAS Art Club, held at the Vancouver Art Gallery. He also exhibited in the annual B.C. Artists shows from 1932 to 1942, 1944, 1947, 1950, 1951, 1952, and 1955.
