May 20, 2022 · Local diners are set to get Nobu’s iconic Black Miso Cod and his first private chef’s table when Nobu Singapore opens here on 1 June 2022. Located at the Four Seasons hotel, the restaurant will serve chef Nobu Matsuhisa’s hallmarks from his interpretation of contemporary Japanese cuisine while debuting new features.
Nobu's famous signature dish is black cod with miso. By 1997 the first Nobu opened outside of the United States, in London. As of 2023, there are 56 restaurants worldwide. Hotels. The first Nobu Hotel opened inside Caesars Palace, Las Vegas, Nevada in 2013.
