INLIS (Integrated Land Information Service) is a one-stop portal which allows you to obtain property and land survey information such as property ownership information and survey plans provided by Singapore Land Authority.
To simplify the system for title to land, the Land Titles Act was introduced in 1960. Under the Land Titles System, a Land Titles Register is maintained. Under this system, registration is mandatory to effect the transfer of an estate or interest in land.
To make a search, you need the Lot Number and the Survey District Number or the Title Number of the Property. You may also conduct a search using a property address. Records of property addresses are not maintained by the Registry but have been incorporated into our system for your reference.
