    •A Life's Work Reward: 1 Skill Point

In the northwestern end of Abbasiyah, you will find a synchronization point at the Observatory; at the base of this building, you will find a man sitting on a bench with a small icon above him.

Speak to the man to begin the A Life's Work Tale of Baghdad.

After talking to the ailing scholar, he will ask you to fetch a treatise from the House of Wisdom and his son, whom he wishes to make amends. Help him over to a nearby bench and begin your search for his work.

There are three treatise pages to find and return, all of which have blown somewhere around the Observatory. Continue below to find all missing pages, or click the links below to jump to a particular page location.

The first can be found on the roof of a nearby building. Scale the building, but as you get close to grab it, it will fly off.

Chase after the blowing page, around a nearby corner, and you will see it land at the top of another building, accessible via the attached stairway.

The second page can be found near the top of the Observatory. From the sync point, don’t jump down to the street. Instead, walk around the dome that the sync point is connected to, and you will see an astronomy device and table opposite the perch you stand on.

Alternatively, you can reach this point by climbing around the side of the building, using some bookshelves to get past the spiked posts.

The last page can be found inside the observatory, on a desk on the second floor. To get inside, you will need to unbar the door. To do this, head around to the back of the building, where you can find a shelf you can move.

Shift the shelf as far to the right as possible; this will allow you the perfect angle to look through the nearby window and use a throwing knife on the block that bars the door.

With all three pages reclaimed, head back to where you left the man to find a sad scene playing out.

You can either tell the son the truth or comfort him; the choice is yours. Regardless of your choice, the tale will be completed after the exchange.
