Cré na Cille is a 2007 Irish film directed by Robert Quinn. In the Irish language, it is an adaptation of Máirtín Ó Cadhain's 1949 novel Cré na Cille. It was released outside Ireland under the English title Graveyard Clay.

Cré na Cille literally means "Earth of the Church"; it has also been translated as Graveyard Clay, Graveyard Soil, Graveyard Earth, Church and Clay and The Dirty Dust. Overview. The novel is written almost entirely as conversation between the dead in a Connemara graveyard.
In commemoration of the centenary birth of author Máirtín Ó Cadhain, 'Cré na Cille' is the darkly humourous tale set in a Conamara cemetery, which portrays the intense jealousy and hatred between two sisters, Caitríona and Nell which worsens with age and continues into the afterlife.
