Eyes of a Stranger (what a title!) is a pretty straight forward slasher about a perverted serial killer that makes obscure phone calls to his victims before raping and killing them and a reporter that becomes obsessed with catching the killer to protect her traumatized blind/deaf/mute/ sister.
