Mar 21, 2022 · Il Ritorno is by far the best of the fine dining restaurants I’ve visited (twice) in the St. Pete area. Everything about it is just right – highly professional and engaging staff, a creative menu, perfect presentation, and good location for an after-dinner stroll.
