The Land That Time Forgot is a fantasy novel by American writer Edgar Rice Burroughs, the first of his Caspak trilogy. His working title for the story was "The Lost U-Boat".
The Land that Time Forgot is a fantasy novel, based on the similar lines of The Lost World, in which a group of people find themselves in a strange land, that was cut off from the rest of the world since antiquity, where they find flora and fauna of prehistoric ages still surviving (and yes, that includes Dinosaurs and other wild creepy creatures).
