Module Name: pyega3 (see the modules page for more information) In the examples, the -t flag is used with pyega3 to specify a hard-coded test user for access. This user has very limited access to most of the data sets. Users should contact the EGA to get their own credentials and not use -t on their actual requests.

Jun 29, 2021 · The pyEGA3 download client is a python-based tool for viewing and downloading files from authorized EGA datasets. pyEGA3 uses the EGA Data API and has several key features: Files are transferred over secure https connections and received unencrypted, so no need for decryption after download.
