Carrie is a 2002 made-for-TV movie based on the first novel ever published by Stephen King. The film was directed by David Carson from a screenplay by Bryan Fuller. This remake is far more similar to the novel than the first movie.
Synopsis. An awkward, telekinetic teenage girl's lonely life is dominated by relentless bullying at school and an oppressive religious fanatic mother at home. When her tormentors pull a humiliating prank at the senior prom, she unleashes a horrifying chaos on everyone, leaving nothing but destruction in her wake.

Plot. Police interview several people, including high school student Sue Snell and gym teacher Miss Desjarden. Detective John Mulcahey is currently investigating the disappearance of a high school student and suspect of arson, Carrie White. These interviews reveal the preceding events .
