THE LONG CHASE is another decent Shaw Brothers adventure from the early 1970s. It's not one of their greatest movies but it's short, brisk and efficient and ably directed by Ho Meng Hua, who struggles to convince in some of the elaborate sky-dancing scenes but otherwise does a decent job with the plentiful action.
